Dr. Arnim Rosenbach
My basic approach
The core of my model consists of supporting people in achieving their goals in the context of business and law. This often involves overcoming resistance and removing limitations.
This is made possible by the transformative power that comes from the five pillars of my work. These aspects complement each other like the five fingers of the human hand. This gives me the ability to take complex issues and turn them into solutions that can only be achieved in this way. My approach also includes the courage to ask the right questions, even if they are uncomfortable. Sensitivity and creativity enable a flair for solutions that not only work legally and economically, but are also humanly sustainable.
Those who come to me are looking for a well‒thought‒out and sustainable solution to their problem, one that takes all interests into account as far as possible. I am approached by people in positions of responsibility—entrepreneurs, shareholders, families with asset issues, or decision‒makers—whose concerns go far beyond mere enforcement of the law. My clients understand the interconnectedness of life and the complexity of personal relationships and expect their trusted legal advisor to have a similar understanding. Merely lashing out, putting on a show, and “arguing for the sake of arguing” are foreign to me. What clients particularly appreciate about my work: my ability to understand the issues entrusted to me in depth. Then there is my flexibility in responding to each situation with what it needs: from attentive listening to powerful decisiveness. And last but not least: the fact that achieving what is important to my clients is always at the heart of my work.
